Adam Brueckner

Managing Principal

Adam has more than 12 years of experience in real estate and capital management. Prior to Silverstone, Adam served as Vice President of Global Portfolio Management and Investment Risk at Oxford Properties, a global real estate investment platform with over $50 billion in AUM.  

At Oxford, Adam’s key responsibilities and accomplishments included:

  • Leadership of global capital allocation, developing market return expectations across 80+ markets globally and across all asset classes
  • Global research, including market forecasting for key target markets, leveraging both traditional and advanced analytics
  • Development and implementation of Oxford’s investment risk function

Adam holds a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, an MASc and MBA from the University of Toronto, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Manoj Ramprakash

Managing Principal

Manoj has over 10 years of real estate investment experience including direct equity and credit investment, development and asset management. Manoj was most recently with Oxford Properties in New York City.

At Oxford, Manoj’s key responsibilities and accomplishments included:

  • Lead sourcing of multifamily investments across key target markets in the southern US
  • Oversight and management of St. John’s Terminal, a 1.3 million SF office redevelopment project in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood and sold to Google for a record-setting $2.1 billion.
  • Origination and full payback of over $1.2 billion of subordinate real estate loans, and over $5.0 billion deployed in joint venture equity transactions.

Manoj holds an HBA with distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Manoj is actively involved with the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and currently serves on its Rising Leaders Committee.

Jeff brings significant asset management expertise to Silverstone in an advisory capacity, having had oversight of more than 70,000 units across twenty-three states in a career spanning several decades, including property management, development, investment and renovation. Jeff’s leadership, insight, and strategies are critical to the operational success of Silverstone’s communities.
